Want to lose weight? Who doesn't? How are you going to do it? Tried before and failed? Which "diet"? Low fat? Forget-the-fat-just-cut-the-carbs?
Unfortunately, the "recipe" for successful weight loss is still what your grandmother could have told you:
- Burn more calories than you take in. So, no matter which technique you use, portion control is still important.

- Exercise daily 30 - 60 minutes
