Fit & Fabulous

Want to lose weight?  Who doesn't?  How are you going to do it?  Tried before and failed?  Which "diet"?  Low fat?  Forget-the-fat-just-cut-the-carbs?

Unfortunately, the "recipe" for successful weight loss is still what your grandmother could have told you:

  1. Burn more calories than you take in.  So, no matter which technique you use, portion control is still important.
  2. Eat sensibly.  (List of tried and true and what works - Coming soon!) 
  3. Exercise daily 30 - 60 minutes 

 

Not easy enough?  Who said it would be easy?  Just depends on how bad you really want to get your weight under control.  Just think of the benefits:

  1. Climb stairs without breathing hard.  Maybe even run up the stairs.
  2. Look good in your clothes.
  3. Decrease your chances for high blood pressure, heart disease, diabetes, certain cancers, and early death.
